When you write to us via WhatsApp, email or our website, we process: your name and phone number or email address; the content of messages, voice notes, images and documents you send us; and the date and time of each communication. We do not request passwords or card data through these channels.

Part of our messaging service is handled by automated assistants, including artificial intelligence systems, which read your message to classify it, answer it or route it to a person on our team. Matters requiring professional judgment are reviewed by a person. You may ask to be attended by a person at any time.
